Welcome Lauren Garrison and Chris Halajian

Geode Health is thrilled to welcome Lauren Garrison and Chris Halajian to our team as VPs of business development. Their deep experience, mission orientation, and commitment to improving mental health will significantly enhance our ability to partner and grow across the US.

Lauren joins Geode Health to lead growth through a recruitment and acquisition strategy with a focus on improving provider satisfaction and increasing consumer access to high quality mental health services. Lauren brings over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Lauren has served as a business development executive for VillageMD and Accretive Health where she drove growth and fostered meaningful partnerships with providers to improve our healthcare system.

Chris brings more than a decade of experience working with private middle market businesses as an M&A advisor at J.P. Morgan and as an investor providing growth capital at Brightwood Capital. Most recently, Chris was CFO and managing member at Mental Health Partnership, an outpatient mental health practice management group working with multi-disciplinary clinics in rural areas. Chris will work closely with provider partners to onboard them onto the Geode platform and help expand their legacy through growth.
