Kim Nealt has worked in healthcare throughout her career and is dedicated to helping others. She believes that healthcare providers deserve a balanced lifestyle and inviting work environment. She strives to ensure that patients receive exceptional care from quality focused providers. She enjoys meeting and connecting with people throughout the country during her recruitment efforts.
Prior to Geode Health, Kim functioned as the National Director of Provider Recruitment for two rapidly growing start-up companies, Activate Healthcare and Paladina Health. She was responsible for recruiting physicians and advanced practitioners for placement in employer-based clinics across 19 states. In the beginning of her career with Activate Healthcare, Kim also assisted as Project Manager for opening new clinics in several states which involved overseeing the facility design, equipment, supplies, and recruiting the clinic team.
Ms. Nealt also has additional experience in multiple areas of clinician support, including practice evaluations, EHR implementation and workflow assessments, and management of primary care and specialty practices.
Ms. Nealt holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Systems Management from Ferris State University in Michigan. She enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors including hiking, downhill skiing and gardening.
