Gaurav Bhattacharyya

Gaurav is driven every day to help people across the country better deal with their mental health challenges. He believes that fostering a patient and provider-centric culture will ultimately lead to better care delivery and clinical outcomes.
Prior to founding Geode Health, Gaurav was CEO of Elite Dental Partners, a dental service organization with ~110 offices across 12 states. At Elite, Gaurav built out the senior leadership team, developed key platform infrastructure (e.g. HR, recruiting, revenue cycle, operations), created a service-oriented clinician engagement model, and launched the company’s Purpose and Core Values. Prior to Elite, Gaurav was Division Vice President at DaVita, a provider of outpatient dialysis services, where he ran operations for 100+ clinics across Illinois and Wisconsin. Gaurav spent his early career as a management consultant with Bain & Company, advising clients on a variety of strategic and operational projects.
Gaurav holds a BA from Duke University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. He lives in Chicago with his wife, 3 young boys and new yellow Labrador puppy. He enjoys the outdoors, sports and savouring the city’s vast array of food & drink.
