Chris Halajian is passionate about improving the access and quality of mental healthcare, and believes that Geode can drive this change by being a mission aligned partner to providers nationwide.
Chris brings more than a decade of experience working with private middle market businesses as an M&A advisor at J.P. Morgan and as an investor providing growth capital at Brightwood Capital. Most recently, Chris was CFO and managing member at Mental Health Partnership, an outpatient mental health practice management group working with multi-disciplinary clinics in rural areas. Chris will work closely with provider partners to onboard them onto the Geode platform and help expand their legacy through growth
